While we always love when you shop from us, it happens sometimes that we miss a gap in our certain department which leaves our beloved clients with a not so satisfied image. Being a firm whose first and foremost criteria is 100% customer satisfaction we have constructed a smart and simple return policy.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. if anything wrong is there with your purchase you have 7 days to decide if you want it to return, enough time right?

·         In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

    Was physically damaged when delivered. Ouch! that's bad
    Item has missing some accessories or part. Happens sometimes by the packaging guys
    Wrong item was delivered. Hmmm! not acceptable at all
    Is different from its description on the product detail page on

·         If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. "Ragilly spares Trent trading Corporation shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information." This is very important neither we seek your personal data nor should you be careless to lose it.

·         If you happen to order wrong brand, model, color of an item or may have placed the order by mistake we will not be able to refund your return. You must make your mind up before you purchase.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Send the invoice back with the item so that we can figure out the issue and arrange smooth refund.



When you decide to return certain item all you have to do is mail us your order ID along with the invoice copy at mentioning your reason to return along with your bank account details where you wish to get the refund.

After we receive your return request our helpdesk will call you to confirm the return. Once confirmed you send us the item via courier with original packaging. Your courier changes will be reimbursed via credit notes.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. We generally refund within 7 days after we received the return item Via NEFT.
