Steps to Apply for a Return : -
Wrong Product Received – If you receive an incorrect product, you must provide an unboxing video as proof and ship the item back to our warehouse at your own expense.
Defective Product (Manufacturing Defect) – If the product has a manufacturing defect, you must provide an unboxing video as proof and ship the product back to our warehouse at your own expense.
Broken/Damaged Product – If the product arrives broken or damaged, you must:
File a complaint with the courier hub immediately.
Provide an unboxing video showing the damage.
Ship the item back to our warehouse at your own expense.
Return Request & Timeline -
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a return, email us at email- sales@ttrading.org/Phone Number: +919907021256 with Order ID and invoice copy.
Reason for return with an attached unboxing video.
Shipping details once the product is sent to our warehouse.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
The shipping cost for return is refundable u case of successful approval.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
